plenty has happened this week. Just love it when one branch of Government decides to usurp the authority of another..yes I am talking about California Supreme court...irregardless of the topic or legislation they did exceed their authority....I could really care less...

on several levels...

1. I'm an anarchist. Not in the blow em up rape and kill everyone sense, in the sense that I am a grown adult and I can sure as hell make my own decisions...

2. I hate government beyond local...

3. I am a Christian Anarchist as well...I have VERY strong feelings about seperation of church and state and church government as well...again...any church government beyond the local congregation is not needed or really wanted by many people...

4. Things like marriage I believe are a sacred ceremony not a civil one...therefore should not reside with the state but to which ever church/temple/shrine/synagogue/coven/monastery or other gathering to which you belong...

5. State recognition of marriage has one purpose really and that is as a civil union between two individuals and their property...that's all it is...recognition of the partnership between individuals.

6. This being said, let's change that state issued 'marriage license' God above I can barely choke out that phrase, to what it actually is, a "Civil Union" and let any two consenting adults who want to get one, GO AND F***ING GET ONE...

7. Those who want to get married in addition to this civil union to show their bond in front of God let them find a member of their clergy to marry them, there are pastors and others who have no qualms about marrying same-sex couples...

8. I guess my main problem with the whole thing is the government deciding what marriage is and not the local church (or other)...

9. Let's just make sure it is between consenting adults...HUMAN adults...let's specify that much for Civil Unions (not let say a Man and Goat..or lettuce)

10. The main function of governments is to prevent people getting along...


11. The function of many major churches with centralized church governments is basically the same.

12. One key precept to Christian Anarchy (Tolstoy et all) is pacifism...this is my most major failing...best compromise I have made for this is "just don mess with me and I'll be as peaceful as a little lamb..screw with me though and..well...you'll find out why I got one of my nicknames....
